These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and bd11 c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd11 c online casino and sports betting services available at bd11-c.com and any associated mobile interfaces.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the bd11 c website, its games lobby, sports betting interface, account management system, payment processing systems, customer support channels, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the bd11 c registration process, including KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's bd11 c account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), excluding any bonus funds or free bet credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins, or free bet awards credited to a Player's account subject to wagering conditions as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which bd11 c accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals, which uses Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) as the primary verification document.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations. bd11 c operates as an offshore platform; it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

bd11 c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account with a minimum notice period of 7 days. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the bd11 c platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period in which a Player maintains an active account:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the bd11 c platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bd11 c enforces age verification through its KYC process using Bangladesh National ID (NID) documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be returned to the payment source used for deposit (where technically possible), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. bd11 c takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for underage gambling.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, subject to guardianship orders, or who have been self-excluded from gambling services under any responsible gaming programme may not register or maintain an account on bd11 c.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual natural person may hold only one registered account on bd11 c. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. bd11 c employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information Accuracy

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. bd11 c will verify this information against the NID document submitted during KYC. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.5 Jurisdiction Responsibility

bd11 c is an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and will not be entitled to any remedy from bd11 c in the event of legal consequences.

As a registered Player on bd11 c, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must take reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

3.1 Credential Security

You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. bd11 c staff will never ask for your password or OTP codes under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from bd11 c requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately. You must use a strong, unique password for your bd11 c account and change it promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3.2 Account Access

Your bd11 c account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your account accessible to any other person. You may not allow any third party to play through your account, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise. bd11 c reserves the right to void any bets placed by a third party using your account credentials.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd11 c immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bd11 c will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification; however, we cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

3.4 Contact Information Maintenance

You must ensure that the email address and mobile number registered to your account are current and accessible to you at all times. bd11 c uses these contact details for account security alerts, KYC verification, payment confirmations, and important platform notifications. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays in account services or inability to verify your identity.

All financial transactions on bd11 c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd11 c supports a range of local payment channels to ensure accessible and efficient fund management for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd11 c currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The payment methods displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction represent the current available options.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by your account verification tier and the payment method selected. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd11 c account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take 1–3 business hours depending on the bank's processing schedule. bd11 c does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside bd11 c's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bd11 c payments team within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to payment provider compatibility. bd11 c reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.5 Own Funds Declaration

By making a deposit, you declare that the funds you deposit are your own and are derived from lawful sources. You confirm that you are not using the bd11 c platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. bd11 c is required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

4.6 Currency and Conversion

All bd11 c accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd11 c does not accept or hold balances in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees applied by bd11 c on BDT transactions. If your payment provider performs currency conversion on their end before remitting funds, any resulting conversion costs or exchange rate differences are outside bd11 c's responsibility.

bd11 c offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, free bet credits, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms will prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer; any unmet wagering balance at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus funds being forfeited.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms: Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%; specialty games and sports betting may contribute at rates between 0% and 100% as specified. bd11 c reserves the right to amend game contribution rates at any time; current rates are displayed in the Promotions section of the account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention

bd11 c monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement; exploiting mathematical arbitrage across complementary bets; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; or using a third party's payment method to claim a personal offer. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided and may be restricted from future promotional participation.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

bd11 c publishes special promotional offers aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These offers are available for limited periods and are governed by the terms published at the time of the promotion. Past promotional terms do not create any expectation of future offers on the same basis.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bd11 c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited to the Player's account will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of opt-in, provided those terms have not been breached.

The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on bd11 c, across all game categories including Live Casino, Slots, Cricket Betting, and specialty titles.

6.1 Game Outcomes and RNG

All non-live casino games on bd11 c use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure each game outcome is statistically random and independent of all previous outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time, with outcomes determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) in a controlled studio environment. bd11 c does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the technical capability to do so in live dealer games sourced from third-party providers.

6.2 Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket and sports betting markets on bd11 c are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the betting interface for each event. In general: bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.); in-play bets are accepted at bd11 c's sole discretion and may be suspended during critical moments of an event; abandoned or interrupted matches will be settled in accordance with the rules published for the specific market type. bd11 c's settlement decisions on cricket and sports bets are final.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Bets accepted and confirmed on the bd11 c platform may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement, except in circumstances where bd11 c specifically enables a "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature for a particular market. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, bd11 c reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to the Player's account balance.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Limits within Gameplay

Players who have set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits via Account Settings will find that these restrictions are enforced at the platform level and will prevent betting activity that would exceed the selected limits. These controls are provided for the Player's benefit and bd11 c will not circumvent or override them at a Player's request except as part of the formally governed limit-increase review process, which includes a mandatory waiting period before any increase takes effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd11 c platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances attributable to the prohibited activity, and may result in legal action.

• Collusion: Communicating with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live casino games or coordinating bets to exploit market conditions.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the bd11 c platform in place of or in conjunction with a human player. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets specifically designed to exploit temporary price discrepancies in a risk-free or near-risk-free manner, including through coordination with other platforms or accounts.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one account on bd11 c for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions applied to another account.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, software error, or system malfunction to gain a financial advantage. Players who discover an error must cease play and report it immediately to [email protected]. Any winnings derived from a known software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the bd11 c platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. bd11 c has a legal obligation to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Fraudulent Payment Methods: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. All payment methods used on bd11 c must belong to and be authorised by the registered account holder.
• Harassment: Using the bd11 c live chat, support channels, or any platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse platform staff or other players.

bd11 c employs continuous monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If bd11 c has reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred or is occurring, it may suspend an account and withhold associated funds pending investigation without prior notice.

Either the Player or bd11 c may initiate the closure of a registered account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

A Player may request closure of their bd11 c account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Players who request closure for responsible gaming reasons may request that their account be flagged for self-exclusion rather than simple closure, which provides additional protections against future re-registration.

8.2 Closure by bd11 c

bd11 c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; evidence of fraudulent, prohibited, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; confirmed underage gambling; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure. Where bd11 c closes an account for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reactivated, even at the Player's request. bd11 c will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from creating new accounts. 8.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bd11 c will notify the Player by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee schedule applicable to dormant accounts will be communicated at least 30 days before any fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
